# Publish a marketplace listing

> Prepare a listing, submit it for review, and publish updates separately from your application's approval.

Publish a listing so operators can discover your integration on the [Stora marketplace](https://marketplace.stora.co).

Application approval and listing approval are separate. First, [submit your application](https://docs.stora.co/2025-09/guides/partner-integrations.md#submit-your-application-for-review) and get its live version approved. Then create and submit the marketplace listing.

## Prepare your listing content

Prepare the following content before you open the form:

* A heading of up to 100 characters that describes the integration.
* A **Subtitle description** of up to 65 characters.
* A description of up to 500 characters.
* Your company website URL, documentation URL, and FAQ URL.
* A redirect URL where operators start your app's connection or setup flow.
* One or two categories that match the integration.
* One to five screenshots. Use landscape PNG or JPEG images, 1280 to 1920 pixels wide and 720 to 1080 pixels tall. Each image must be smaller than 16 MB.

You can also add up to five bullet points of 50 characters each.

Use the redirect URL for the start of your connection flow, not your OAuth callback. The callback belongs in the application's redirect URI configuration. Operators still need to complete your setup and consent flow after they leave the listing.

Follow the [third-party naming rules](https://docs.stora.co/2025-09/guides/third-party-plugin-naming.md) in the listing's copy and images.

## Create a draft

1. In the [Developer Portal](https://developer.stora.co), open **My applications**.
2. Open the test application and select **Listing**. This tab manages listings for its live counterpart.
3. Click **Create listing**.
4. Enter the prepared copy and URLs.
5. Select the categories.
6. Upload the screenshots.
7. Click **Create Listing**.

If the form shows a **Video** field, you can also upload an MP4. Video availability depends on your portal configuration.

The saved listing is a draft. Saving does not publish it to the marketplace.

## Submit the draft for review

1. Review the draft's copy, screenshots, categories, and links.
2. Open the redirect URL and check that it starts the intended setup flow.
3. Click **Submit for approval**.

While the listing is in review, you cannot edit it. The portal shows that the draft review is in progress and emails you when there is news.

If the reviewer requests changes, read **Reviewer notes**, edit the draft, and submit it again. Once approved, the live listing is available on the marketplace.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Approving the application does not publish a listing. Approving a listing does not grant any operator API access. Each operator must complete the app's connection flow.

## Update a published listing

1. Return to the test application's **Listing** tab.
2. Edit the draft listing, not the live version.
3. Save the changes.
4. Review the changes shown in the portal.
5. Click **Request approval for changes** and submit the updated listing.

The published version remains separate from the draft. Draft edits do not change the marketplace listing until those edits are approved and published.

Changes to application settings, such as scopes or OAuth redirect URIs, use the [application review process](https://docs.stora.co/2025-09/guides/partner-integrations.md#publish-application-changes), not the listing review process.
